Would you like to train to teach while in a school assessment program rather than the traditional and expensive PGCE route?
How would starting the New Year on a new career path be of interest to you?
If you are a graduate and want to become a qualified teacher then Castles Education have several schools across London that are looking to take graduates through the program. Some of these programs are due to start in January 2018.
Your teacher training starts on day one through our two year training program. You would be based in one school as part of the team and supporting within the school as a teaching assistant until you take the class over yourself as the teacher. You may also do some 1 -1 tuition, booster sessions, or subject support with small groups.
In your second year, once you have a good grasp of the curriculum, how to plan lessons to include all students within your class and how to deliver your engaging lessons, you will move into a developed teaching role.
You will have the full support of a mentor within the school but also Castles Education own mentor, who was previously a senior leader at school. You can be assured that Castles Education really know the challenges of teaching and are there to support you along your journey.
While you are in placement you will be building up a portfolio that will be assessed and hopefully will lead to you gaining QTS.
If you would like more information then please send your CV and covering letter to Castles Education.
