A client based in Lewisham, South London are looking to open a new resource base for primary aged children who have all been diagnosed with ASC/ASD and challenging behaviours. Some children have dual diagnosis which can also be ADHD, PDA, ODD and SEMH.
The unit is due to open in a temporary base in Lewisham in January 2018 and will move to a purpose built site, hopefully by Easter 2018. The temporary site is a short walk from Bellingham Station or Catford Bus Station.
Starting in January 2018 the centre will have 6 primary children to begin with but will have scope to have more children join the centre along with additional staff when needed. To start off, the centre will need 4 experienced teaching assistants.
