We are now looking to recruit an education resourcer for a permanent role within our London office in Barbican to start in August 2018.

The resource role:
The role of an Education Resourcer, is an exciting, face to face role, where you will be meeting candidates on a daily basis and managing their registration process, through a clear compliance structure. In order to do this you will be responsible for sourcing candidates using online job boards, advert placement, job fairs, referrals and other sources.
Your duties will include arranging meetings with candidates to attend a face-to-face registration and carrying out a screening interview using set criteria. Once the interview has taken place, you will then manage their application using an established compliance procedure, ensuring the candidate is safe and eligible to go out to work.
What you’ll need to succeed;
To succeed you’ll need to be highly organised, ambitious and persistent with a drive to succeed. Being a people centric role, we are interested in applicants who have worked in a similar background. While this is not a sales role, it does have a direct impact on the sales department. You must. This is a superb opportunity to start your career within recruitment. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to demonstrate a good level of verbal and written communication, face to face, over the telephone and via email.
