The centre is for secondary aged students who have become parents or refuse to go to back to mainstream education. Due to the nature of support these young people need, you will need to have had experience in supporting young people with challenging behaviours. Sometimes they can be aggressive, demanding, outspoken and challenging, you will need a calm disposition and be able to think on your feet.
