Graduate teaching programmes for schools

Attract and retain your future teachers.

Our high calibre graduates work as teaching assistants and in similar support roles while they gain QTS through an assessment only route.

We will work with you to guide these enthusiastic graduates on their journey to becoming teachers.

All graduates must past a rigorous screening and selection process by our team of highly experienced senior school leaders and recruitment experts.

Be ahead of the game and plan for future academic years by engaging highly qualified, intelligent and committed graduates. Our bespoke 2 Year Graduate Training Programme is designed by us to meet your schools needs and address your future staffing issues.

We source the best graduates who are passionate about becoming teachers and improving the lives of young people.

They can fulfil a variety of roles including:

  • Teaching Assistants.
  • Learning Behaviour Mentors.
  • Academic Mentors.
  • Pastoral Support – such as Assistant Heads of Year / House.
  • Subject specific tutoring (1-1 or small group).
  • Intervention (1-1, small group and/or in-class support).
  • Exam Preparation.

Graduate teaching programmes for schools

Our graduate programme will enable you to attract, retain and secure your own ‘Talent Pipeline’.

Create a motivated and stable staff team by supporting graduates in becoming qualified teachers.

We provide a continuous supply of highly qualified & motivated graduates that will enable you to grow & shape your own workforce who can achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) at the end of our 2 year programme.

Our graduate teaching assistants will quickly be ready to handle your daily cover needs, eradicating your supply costs and ensuring full accountability for cover lessons.

We can provide intensive, frequent, high quality school-based coaching and mentoring.

We can provide HR and payroll support for all graduates, enabling you to focus solely on managing your new talent effectively.

As with all our products and services, the graduate training programme can be tailored to meet your needs.

Financial example

This example is based on using 5 graduates as teaching assistants and assumes an average of 2 supply teachers per day throughout the year at a rate of £180 each.

When compared to other teacher training methods, our simple fee structure eliminates concern about recruitment advertising, recruitment fees, sick-pay and holiday pay.

Castles education was the right choice for me to start my teaching career. The team are so supportive, it’s really helpful to have a company that have been in the industry for years behind you. They are always there for any queries, looking over lesson plans and really putting my mind at ease.
