Graduate Level

Entry Level

-At least 1 year of experience


TEFL Teacher 2

-BA in English, Languages, Psychology, Education, Early Years or Childhood Studies

-CELTA or other TEFL Certificate

-At least 1 year of experience


Primary Teacher

-Native or native like level of English

-Any BA/BSc degree

-Primary PGCE with QTS

-At least 1 year of experience


Secondary Teacher

-Native or native like level of English

-BA in Subject Specialism


-2 or more years of experience

The process typically includes the following steps:

  • Job advertised across social media networks
  • Handling all enquiries
  • Interview 1: Initial screening
  • Short listed candidate files referred to client
  • Interview 2: In-depth interview
  • Successful candidates referred to client for interview
  • Reference checks conducted
  • Document verification
  • School makes formal job offer to candidate


If a teacher leaves within a 90-day probation period Castles Education will provide a free replacement teacher (according to agreed terms and conditions).
